Orders & Payments

1. How do I place an order?

  • Browse through our variety of categories and find the products of your choice.
  • Select the relevant size. Refer to our detailed size chart for further assistance.
  • Click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. You can now continue shopping and add/remove/modify your cart.
  • When you are satisfied with the contents of your cart, you can proceed to checkout.
  • Finally, place the order by entering your details and selecting a mode of payment.

2. How will I know if my order is confirmed?

Upon placing the order, you will receive the order confirmation, invoice and order details via text and email. In case you don’t receive it, contact us at sportsydotstore@gmail.com

3. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled anytime before the order has been dispatched from our warehouses. There are no cancellation charges. In case of prepaid orders, refund will be initiated within 3-5 working days.

4. Can I modify the shipping address of my order before it has been shipped?

Yes you can. If the order has not been shipped yet, you can contact us at sportsydotstore@gmail.com and get the address changed (subject to deliverability on the new pincode) a day before the estimated shipping date. However, no such adjustments would be possible on the final day as the order would have been already scheduled. In that case, you will have to cancel the order and place a new one with the changed address.

5. I want to place an order as a gift for someone. Can the tags and invoice be removed?

We cannot remove the tags from the product in case you would want to return or exchange the product later on. However, we can hide any indications of price from the invoice and shipping label. If you want to add a note to the gift, contact us at sportsydotstore@gmail.com before the order has been shipped.

6. How can I pay for my order?

On the checkout page, you will be provided with options to pay through online channels such as Net Banking, Debit/Credit cards, UPI and wallets. Customers who choose ‘Cash on Delivery’ will be asked for confirmation through OTP which will be sent to the mobile number used for placing the order.

7. What should I do if my payment fails?

  • Please verify if the information provided during the payment is correct i.e.  account details, billing address, OTP and Net Banking password.
  • Ensure that your internet connection wasn’t interrupted during the process.
  • If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will normally be credited back within 7-10 days.

8. Is the Partial Payment refundable ?

If you cancel the order before it is dispatched then it would be refundable. Once the order is dispatched we would not be able to refund it.

Shipping & Tracking

1. What is the estimated delivery time for an order?

  1. All products will be shipped as per the following estimated delivery time, subject to order processing time:

Metros: 1-3 days

Rest of India: 4-7 days

North East, J&K, Islands: 7-10 days

2. What is the estimated order processing time?

We make your t-shirts as soon as your order is placed, it may take 2-3 days to dispatch your order. You will be informed in advance if there is any kind of delay. Please be patient with your orders.

3. Are there any additional shipping charges?

Sportsy provides FREE shipping on all prepaid orders. An additional COD charge of INR 70 is payable on Cash on Delivery orders only.

5. How do I track my order?

You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouses. Upon placing an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email which will include the tracking link. You can also track your order from your Sportsy account in the ‘Track Your Order’ section by entering your Order ID or Tracking ID.

6. What if my order is undelivered?

If you are unable to collect the order and it is marked undelivered, you will get a call from the courier company where you can request a future date, preferably within the next couple of days. If you don’t receive a call and the product is being sent back to us, we will dispatch the order again upon receiving it. Please note: If a prepaid order is refused to be accepted/cancelled after the order has been dispatched, the shipping fee will be deducted from the invoice value during refund.

Returns & Exchanges

1. How do I return a product if I’m not satisfied with it?

If you’re not satisfied with the delivered product(s), contact us at sportsydotstore@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. In case you fail to do so, your return request will not be processed.

2. What is the process to return a product?

  • Contact us at sportsydotstore@gmail.com and provide us with the following details: Name, Order ID, mobile number and reason for returning the product.
  • Once your request is processed, we will arrange a pickup from your address within 3-5 working days. You will have to keep the product(s) packed and ready for pickup.
  • The tag and packaging of the product must stay intact. Products that are overly damaged, torn or have their tags removed will not be eligible for refunds.

3. In case I return the product, will I be refunded the full amount?

As we do not have our own delivery services, we rely on delivery partners like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, etc. In case of returns, the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer. Hence, a standard deduction of INR 120 per T-Shirt will be made from the refund amount of prepaid orders and INR 150 per T-Shirt of COD orders. These are basically courier charges, as we had to send the product to you and again it needs to be picked up from your end. So both of these courier charges are adjusted in this deduction.

4. My products have been picked up. When will I get the refund?

Once the product reaches back to us, a quality check will be done. The tag and packaging of the product must stay intact. Products with overly damaged, torn or removed tags will not be eligible for refunds. If the quality of the returned product is satisfactory, your refund will be initiated and it will be credited back within 2-3 days.

5. How will I receive my refund amount?

In case of prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited back to the same mode of payment. In case of COD orders, a link will be sent to you by text/mail/WhatsApp through which you will be able to redeem your refund by entering your bank details/UPI ID.

6. What is the process to exchange a product?

  • Contact us at sportsydotstore@gmail.com and provide us with the following details: Name, Order ID, mobile number and the desired size of the replacement product.
  • Please note that exchanges are only applicable if a wrong size or a wrong product has been delivered to you. We highly encourage you to go through our detailed size chart and consult us in case of any queries regarding the fitting of our products.
  • The request to exchange a product must be placed within 5 days of receiving the order. In case you fail to do so, your exchange request will not be processed.
  • Once your request is processed, we will arrange a pickup from your address within 3-5 working days. You will have to keep the product(s) packed and ready for pickup.
  • As we do not have our own delivery services, we rely on delivery partners like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, etc. In case of returns, the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer. Hence, shipping charges of INR 90 per T-Shirt will have to be borne by the customer.
  • Your replacement order will be shipped once the original order has been collected and the tracking details will be shared with you accordingly.
  • A second exchange request will not be processed by default.
  • An order once opted for exchange will not be eligible for refund.
